To authorize the signature authority of Dianna Grey as Interim Executive Director, Treasurer, and Executive Secretary of the Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County, effective January 3, 2024, and to ratify all actions taken by Ms. Grey in those roles since that date.

To authorize the issuance, sale and delivery of multifamily housing revenue bonds (Blue Ridge Apartments, Series 2024) not to exceed $50,000,000; authorize execution of related documents including an indenture, loan agreement, regulatory agreement and tax agreement; approve forms of such documents; and authorize other necessary actions to complete the transaction, subject to terms outlined in the resolution.

To authorize actions necessary or convenient for SHFC to participate in the development and operation of the Blue Ridge Apartments, including land acquisition and ground leasing, debt financing, equity financing, serving as general contractor, and execution of related documents, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.

To authorize SHFC officers and staff to negotiate and execute a memorandum of understanding and other agreements for SHFC's participation in the ownership of the Langdon at Walnut Park Apartments project located at 12101 N. Lamar Blvd., Austin; and to authorize additional provisions relating to participation in the multi-family residential development project, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.
