We support the development of affordable housing. We are a nonprofit entity established under Texas law, created pursuant to Chapter 394 of the Texas Local Government Code. Through innovative financing, tax exemptions, and partnerships, we work to make housing projects in Travis County financially feasible.
Our 7-member Board of Directors, appointed by the Travis County Commissioners Court, provides strategic oversight and guidance, ensuring we deliver on our mission.
