To authorize and direct officers and staff to negotiate and execute a memorandum of understanding and other agreements for SHFC's participation in the ownership of a proposed multifamily development project located at 2611 E. Braker Lane known as Banyan Braker Lane Apartments, subject to terms outlined in the resolution.

To authorize and direct officers and staff to negotiate and execute a memorandum of understanding and other agreements for SHFC's participation in the ownership of a proposed multifamily development project located at 7800 Burleson known as Burleson Apartments, subject to terms outlined in the resolution.

To authorize and direct officers and staff to negotiate and execute a memorandum of understanding and other agreements for SHFC's participation in the ownership of a proposed multifamily development project located at 900 Old Koenig/5916 N Lamar Blvd known as North Lamar Apartments, subject to terms outlined in the resolution.
