To consider and take appropriate action on a potential budget amendment for the corporation for 2024, including revised line items and funding amounts, as presented to the Board.

To approve the employment agreement for Dianna Grey as the Executive Director of Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County, which was previously offered and accepted, and authorize execution of the agreement.

To grant signature authority to Dianna Grey as the Executive Director of Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County, to enable her to act as an authorized representative of the corporation and execute documents and take actions on its behalf, in accordance with the direction of the Board of Directors.

To approve Situational Paid Leave Policies for SHFC employees establishing guidelines for jury duty leave, military leave, bereavement leave, administrative leave, extreme weather closures, paid parental leave, and potential future disability leave policies.

To approve a Mobile Phone Policy establishing guidelines for employee eligibility for a mobile phone stipend or SHFC-issued mobile device and service plan, responsibilities, and obligations regarding business-related mobile phone content and the Texas Public Information Act.
