To authorize Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County to prescribe the form and substance of an agreement to issue bonds; to authorize the execution of such agreement; and to contain other provisions relating to up to $50,000,000 multifamily housing revenue bonds for Loyola Flats, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution and agreement.

To authorize and direct officers and staff to negotiate and execute a memorandum of understanding and other agreements for SHFC's participation in the ownership of a proposed multifamily development project located at Howard Lane known as Tech Ridge II Apartments, subject to terms outlined in the resolution.

To authorize and direct officers and staff to negotiate and execute a memorandum of understanding and other agreements for SHFC's participation in the ownership of a proposed multifamily development project located at 10601 North Lamar known as 10601 North Lamar, subject to terms outlined in the resolution.

To adopt a resolution approving the marketing and potential sale of Forest Park Apartments and Silver Springs Apartments or ownership interests therein, upon terms recommended by an underwriter, and authorize related actions as outlined in the resolution.
