To approve the prescription of form and substance of an Agreement to Issue Bonds for up to $60 million in Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds for the proposed 321-unit Blue Ridge Apartments affordable housing development to be located at 9825 Wildhorse Ranch Trail in Austin, Travis County, and to authorize related documents and applications.

To approve the Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County Interim Executive Director job description to be used for recruitment and selection of an interim Executive Director given the importance of leadership for the organization's mission of producing and preserving affordable housing.
